Robb is a proud husband and father who has dedicated his life to serving his family, his country, and his community. After spending 24 years in the Navy, he retired as a Master Chief Petty Officer (E-9) in 2008. Over the course of his distinguished career, he completed ten deployments, including three combat tours in Bagram, Afghanistan, demonstrating his resilience and leadership under challenging circumstances.

Following his military retirement, Robb continued his service to others as a commissioned Law Enforcement Park Ranger with Washington State Parks and the National Park Service, serving at Lake Wenatchee State Park and Mount Rushmore National Memorial. His work reflects his commitment to preserving the beauty and safety of America’s natural and historical treasures.

A lifelong learner, Robb holds two master’s degrees—an M.S. in Criminal Justice/Human Resource Management from the University of South Dakota and an M.S. in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Creighton University School of Law—as well as a B.S. in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

An avid outdoorsman, Robb enjoys kayaking, hiking, biking, and immersing himself in cultural experiences. Now residing in Keystone, South Dakota, with his wife Jackie, Robb embraces a life of adventure and purpose while cherishing his role as a devoted family man.
