William D. Wells

William D. Wells was born in Morrilton, Arkansas. At the young age of 17, in 1980, he made the courageous decision to join the Navy. Over the course of 24 years, he dedicated himself to serving his country, rising through the ranks to retire honorably as an E-7/Chief Petty Officer. Following his distinguished military career, William transitioned into the civilian workforce, joining General Electric (G.E.). Over the course of 18 years, he held several positions within the company, making significant contributions and showcasing his versatile skills and dedication. 

His tenure at G.E. reflects his commitment to excellence and his ability to adapt and excel in diverse roles. In addition to his professional achievements, William is a proud husband and father of a son and a daughter. His dedication to his family and his career highlights his strong values, work ethic, and the importance he places on both personal and professional growth.
