Dr. Joanna Johannas

Dr. Johannes has over 25 years of experience in executive management and financial consulting, including roles as a Director for a Fortune 500 company, a CFO for a $600 million company, and founder of a profit recovery firm serving billion-dollar organizations since 1996.

In 2005, she founded Lighthouse Private Christian Academy, now with five nationally accredited K-12 campuses across Florida. She also established Lighthouse Christian College in 2021, based in Pensacola. Dr. Johannes is a published author with works on motivating high school students and a faith-based children’s book, Dr. Jo and Aussie’s Adventures.

A licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, she leads Coconut Palm Real Estate, specializing in waterfront properties. An outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys vacations in the Florida Keys and Southern Indiana. Dr. Johannes is also a proud mother of two college-attending sons and serves as President of Lighthouse Schools, focusing on expansion.

In addition to her extensive professional and educational contributions, Dr. Johannes is a board member of Angel Force Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing school safety and wellbeing.
