Led by a dedicated team of veteran mentors and trained instructors, the Academy blends practical leadership skills, character development, and real-world discipline into engaging, age-appropriate lessons.

Core Curriculum Focus Areas

• Empowered Communication: Teaching children how to speak up with confidence, resolve conflicts peacefully, and practice self-control.
• Resilience & Teamwork: Building emotional awareness, problem-solving skills, and cooperative leadership through team exercises.
• Elite Mentorship: Classes are led by Joshua Yirkovsky (U.S. Navy Veteran, Certified Master Training Specialist) and a network of service-minded leaders who serve as pillars of honor, responsibility, and heart.
